What Could Cause These Codes?

I just pulled my codes. I got codes:

14: Barometric Pressure Sensor
15: Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor - voltage stays below .55 volts (Lean)
17: Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor - voltage does not change (rich)

I got all these irght now. What does this sound like?
From a 95 Ford Escort GT.
