WOW, only $380 for a no cat ticket. I know when they brought in all this emission testing they said fine where going to start a $1000 and up. They also said that the person who owned the car gets a ticket, and the person who removed or altered the cat was going to fined and if it was a garage that did it, it was going to be $5000 for them. But from what I have heard, you can get a high flow cat for under $500. So is the ticket really worth it?
