Not completely true...
there is infact a 2600+ Thoroughbred 'B' aswell as a 2700+ and 2800+ Thoroughbred 'B'...
Dirtyoldprick...if u want to find out if u have a Barton, ur gonan have to find out how much L2 Cache u have...
ALL Bartons have 512Kb of L2 Cache...whereas all Thoroughbreds 'A' & 'B' are 256kb L2 Cache...
Search on google for a program called CPU-Z and run it, it will tell u all the details on ur CPU/Mainbord...L2 cache size, FSB Frequency, overall clock frequency, etc etc..
P.S. I had a 1700+ Thoroughbred 'B' which stock is 1.47GHz OC'd to 2.25GHz for over 2 years....still running to this DAY at that same speed, its now the
