OK since there seems to be 2 resident pros about OCing AMD's here... I feel that my CPU isn't able to go as high as it *should*
I could be wrong... but hey it's worth a shot.
System specs:
AMD AXDA 2600+ (333mhz bus) overclocked to ~2326 MHz
Coolermaster CPU fan (adjustable speed)
Abit NF7-S V2.0 (Nforce 2 chipset) w/ 6ch audio, LAN, USB 2.0
1 Gig OCZ DDR400 Kit (2.5-3-3-7)
ATI 9600SE 128MB AGP (Retail box)
350W Enermax Quiet series PSU
Really I can go high then this.. I"ve had the CPU up to about 2450 MHz and I can get into Windows just fine, but it's sorta on the edge for stability.
Could it be that my PSU doesn't have enough juice?
Anyways, some suggestions about OC'ing would be great...
BTW, my CPU is fully unlocked and it came that way... I never did anything to it.
