I have the Thermaltake Big Typhoon... it's $59 and it aint an easy install, but it's worth it.
You can also re-use it on your next AMD system, as it is socket A, 754, and 939 compatible.
How's your case airflow? Ideally you want as much air pulling in as you do going out.

Holy shit! that's low... My CPU has never been that low... it's always been at least 40 C even with stock everything...
As for case cooling.. I've added a front fan pulling air in at the bottom, and a top rear fan pushing air out... but I find I have best results (lower temps) with just leaving the side of my case open (which I do)...
Well I might not even bother much with it anymore... I'm waiting for Infonec to get the 146's in stock... was there today, but they have no idea when they're coming in.. but then again I didn't talk to the guy I usually do and I don't think he knows as much.
