Regarding SirChirpAlots claim that his motor revs to 8000+++rpm.
I posted his video on corral.net (worlds biggest Mustang forums) and here are some of the expert replies I got from various Mustang owners around North America.
None of these guys know Randy so their opinions are not biased.

Sounds like to me the guy has the tach set for a 6 banger or 4 banger. (It will READ REALLY HIGH on a 8 cyl car if you set it that way)
Notice when he shifts it goes from 8k to 4k
