I will just to it. Mr ALLBARK came on to TSR along with his brother in-law 89blue5.0 and said right in the forums and in memos to me that we ratted him out and that the cops showed up at his house and charged him. Well, in court with the officers in charge of the case admitted to knowing the other driver and even talked to him at the scene. THey also said that ALLBARK was NOT charged from the events that night. They also tried to pull the post from TSR and my website into court. But, in the end, without the cops being able to say who was actually in the car, who actually drove, and the fact that the one officer knew the other guy and yet did not charge him, all charges were dismissed.
