I see you have anger management issues. I realize cops aren't supermen. As if we would put that kind of legal power in the hands of someone like that. We would have a dictatorship in a heartbeat. Ok Mr. Sentra, if the police dont have to solve crimes, then what are we paying them for? Not to be sarcastic but you opened a can of worms here and it would be nice if you could seriously and honestly explain what their purpose is?
