its on the news.. they can't stop the water from coming in from the ocean cause the levy was damaged from the storm. and because the new orlenes is below sea level, guess what will happen... of course taller buildings like the super dome won't be 100% submersed because they are are built taller then sea level.

they ave been for last 24 hours trying to patch up the levy, so far, no luck. The large pumps that are suppost to keep the city dry are malfunctioning.
