I can't believe how much aid other countries are offering and Bush may not take the offers.
EVEN CUBA IS OFFERING HELP! thats like last country I would think to help the US.

I was seeing vids of other peoples reactions in Europe, and they were laughing at the fact, the us acts all tough invading iraq and so on, but they get hit by one storm, and its done for them.
