Yeah I'm thinking about building one ever since I came across a patch to combine GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas into one huge game. You can do everything as CJ, or Tommy, or Claude from GTA3. Or an other mod you can load. I've seen Vin Deisel as XXX on San Andreas, along with a few hundred others. Check out this site.
