Fine a local one, try to buy it for cheap, and make friends with a person who owns a pick up truck. When I got my engine, i put it in the back of a truck, and used a engine hoist to get it off the truck onto a stand.

drain out the oil and coolant and everything you can. But beware, even if you think it's all out, when you pull the head off or turn it upsde down, more oil will come out..

You can probably dump the oil at a JY, or a dealership. I still have the oil in my garage in a drain pan. Never got around to emptying it out..
