That is part of the problem, everyone has moved on before it is finished and dealt with. I do agree New Orleans is a nasty place to live, (Best BOOTY in the world aside! ), but everyone has turned a blind eye to it because they dont want to deal with it. It's kind of sad in a way. And because of the blind eye syndrome, all the nasty things listed above are going on and there is no control over the situation. GIGO
