To bad its not a VIN. that is a product code.You still have to learn the difference between a VIN and a product code. Look at the back of you T.V, VCR,DVD player and so on they have numbers like that, does that mean they are VINS too. Please give it up. Those also look like fresh welds and punch stamps too. But I can say this, you get an E for effort. Plus, the guy that owns that car is a moron, to go and buy someone else work and call it his own is stupid.
