Those are the replaced files from every windows update you have done. Since you dont usually want to uninstall updates, it IS safe to delete them. I always do and I have never had a problem. Frees up drive space and that is always good. HTH

BTW ONLY DELETE THE $NTUNINSTALL DIR IN BLUE. DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING ELSE.
