The one I get a kick out of, is the Shelby Cobra 427. If you put the racing muffler on it, it sounds like an F1 car. I've seen a Retro race between 14 427 Cobras, at Magny-Cours, the French F1 track, and they sure as hell do not sound like that with no mufflers. They litterally shook the concrete grandstands at the hairpin.
