I've seen a Retro race between 14 427 Cobras, at Magny-Cours, the French F1 track, and they sure as hell do not sound like that with no mufflers. Haha... I never had the chance to hear the Cobra, but probably best I didn't. No wonder the Japanese abhor V8's, they don't even know anything about them... like even how they sound :P
