BEST BUY.. do they always sell shit?

2 mp3 players.. replaced (with 1 week..>RCA lyra)
1 tv (1 month old)
1 ups (23 days young)
1 dvd game (p.a... 1 day old)


all replaced.. all shit.. WTF ? Their warranty sucks and it's balls.

It's not them. It's the company that makes the product.

I got my iPod frmo BB. I got the warranty too. Hopefully it'll be a snap if I need to use it.

I've had no luck with their stuff, funny enough never a problem with Future Shop, which surely gets their product from the exact same manufactures...

Best Buy, the leaders in using heat sensitive receipts, so always copy them.

& the only copies of sales the keep are from CC's, debit and or cash they dont keep on record (as per their head office)

I was told you don't need your reciepts.

They keep everything on file, at least they do that if you have an extended warranty for the product.

yeah I still have to return a set of creative labs 5.1 surround, damn sub keeps cutting in and out.... you can't even touch the wires at the back or else nothing works.

i talked to my friend today. he said he went/is going through 5 mp3 players from best buy. they all crapped up in like a week or two. hmmm

I think u guys are all smoking crack... especially since Future Shop and BB are the same company...

I've had my Projection TV for just over a year now from BB and it's still working mint..

And how the heck does a Game go bad?
