yep. i dont think Bush can spare a trillion dollars outta his missles fund, cause we all know "George Bush hates black people" even if do, it'll take like over a decade. it'll take like 2 years to clean up the city (sewage water, debris, disinfecting). then a couple more years to build adquate flood walls protection (if a another hurricane does not hit by then, them a couple more years to build buildings, houses, businesses and whatnot. then a couple more years to get people to come in and live in a city that could be destroyed at any instant... too much of a hassle... ohwell too bad, i was watching the "mardi-gras COPS", there's some crazzy siht that goes down there, lol
