Alot of people saw this car when it was turbo'ed, even more saw it after had the turbo system removed at the track and in woodbridge. Then I bought it to keep it around, but got bored of driving in a tin can, so I parted it out and sold off all the parts and scraped the shell. Having 6 cars in my yard was to many. The Lemans will be done in the next month. That too should be a another 10 sec car, but fully streetablable. Not sure what I will do with the '69 pick-up though. I think I will turn that into a show and shine thing with just enough power to play with CRX's.

lol ok now i understand, makes sense you asked all the slow people to race, they said know and once you found someone that was fast to race and they said sure how much?? you say for fun....they say ya ok and walk away.

i don't know alot of people that have fast cars that don't race for something, but i guess what happend is you trailored a car to the races someone that drives there car says they want to race for money you run and hide cause you don't have any....

fact is you had a car that may have been quick, but you never ran it at the track so that means you don't know what it ran.
don't say you built a 10 sec car because you didn't, you can say i beat this guy and that guy, whoever but facts are facts you never raced the car at the track so you don't know.....

Actually the civic was driven all over the place when it was turbo'ed. I was trailered to the track once when it had the turbo on it, but it was raining that day. It was late in the year, something like late sept, early oct. SO we didn't make it back to the track. Winter came and bought a car at a great deal. $4800 for a 10 sec car, so it could have been passed up. No need to keep an import around any more. Sold it to buy the other car.

Now for the money part. I don't think its wise to be running cars that use a parachute. Those are usually on cars that are in the 8's and 9's that reach speeds over 150mph. That would be like you taking your CRX out to race to race a 10 sec car. Now would you put money on that.

i have no idea what you are talking about , but i know plenty of imports that would have run you, but for some reason knowone ever saw your car, the only time they did was when you lost to a stock mustang on spray, i saw that one , you lost bad, i thought i just missed your turbo setup but i guess i wasn't the only one.

you can keep on talking the talk but the hole point was to prove that you could do it and you can't, i can't understand what your argument is???

The guy that I helped build it, sold it to buy the Vega, a proven all motor 10 sec car. It just happened to be the same car that he wanted since he was 8.

HAHAHA, that cracks me up, lost bad. He sprayed, I didn't.Lost by 2 cars. No biggy and that was 1 years after the car was turbo. But hey, what do I know, I don't have a CRX that only does 12.3 all motor race car.

As for the arguement part. You are the one argueing that it can't been done, I just threw out the parts needed to accomplish such a feat. But seeing you are some superstar honda builder and driver, you say it can't be done. The fact of the matter is you refuse to even try to build this car or that it can be done for the amount stated. I did make a mistake on what it had when it was turbo. The high perfomance clutch was't put in untill after the other guy bought it. And it did have a $700 venom fuel pump in it. So I guess that brings the amount down to $6000, So that gives a $1000 leway for other things and inflation of parts now. But hey, what do I know, I hate hondas and don't own one any more, nor do I waste my time going out to watch them race on the street.

If your building a bracket car you don't need to have a ton of money, take last years CSCS winner a stock Beretta. My friend turned his daily driver into a bracket car. It's a 90 Civic DX with a dohc zc and he bought it for $500 put on an intake for $40, strippped out the car put plexiglass windows, and is currently running 15.2, which is not fast but you don't need to have the fastest car to bracket race. Here is a pic

?? are you that stupid or what. When the car was trubo, it never got trailered. It was on the trailer once to go to the track. When I had it, it did get railored down to wopville to race the stang. It was registered for the road yet. The day that it went down, it was just pulled out of the field.

Mark, I know all about you. Just like you know all about me.But hey, if you are happy with a 12 sec all motor street car, then so be it. I know of other all motor hondas street cars that in the 11's . I have talked to a few people and they think you are a joke when it comes to hondas and might back me up with building another civic. Now how does you CRX weigh, just so I know when I build an all motor one too.
