I dont want slow cars in the street class, I want street cars!.... Why not drag radials? or make a sportsman class that allows slicks. As for a street class I think its bullshit.

what you think the street class is its a sportsman class??
they are street cars what makes them not??

drag radials suck for traction on cars that have any power, you should know that, you make the class back to it used to be with bfg's and you might as well hand over the trophy's to an awd car cause no fwd car is gonna compete with a drag radial

We could argue about this for hours, and i`m sure the majority of people on here have fwd cars over awd. I`m just saying the principal of having slicks in a street is not right. Maybe bring back "king of the street"? for those true street racers.

everyone in king of the street , (they ran it this year i think twice, once for sure) was also running in the street classes they just brought there other tires...really a waste of time....

really its not an argument , people want to see fast cars , racers want there cars to go fast, the turnouts are alot better since they went to slicks this year in those classes, there is a reason for that...500hp civcs go 12's with bfgs maybe 11's, on slicks they go 10's ....nothing to argue there

We are looking at running the King of the Street program at more events next year.

Why can't the street cars run slicks? I run slicks everyday all day. Any car could just drive around on slicks.

How about runing an open header in the SS clases

yah that sounds good... cause of the long drive going up their for a day just kinda sucks


PS: Since Steve come's on here i hope he is taking this into consideration
