i dont agree with the rebar..... some have to be hacked up for intercoolers to fit..
mine is cut up so my intercooler will fit.. but the weight is added from the intercooler that is lost with the cut rebar

and my jdm front end dosen't have a rebar like the usdms do either so that would **** me.

alos agree with russ car should be able to pass a safty, but being fully street registered shouldn't matter. Cause a lot of these cars likely won't pass an emissions test.

A real safety where you cant cut and hack your car, rebars and all

should also have current street licence plates and registration

what I am saying is that it should be a real street car
you guys have to understand unless you show up at 7am how are they supposed to check everything the more rules the more top check, also a car will pass a saftey being all cut up you would be suprised what passes saftey

good question Mark.... I've been trying to get a hold of CSCS for 3 weeks with no reply. Anyone have any idea about the 06 schedule or the 06 rules?

Guys rest assured we are working as fast as we can.

Unlike our American counterparts, CSCS does not have any full time staff. Everyone involved with CSCS has full time jobs, etc...

I completely understand and appreciate everyone's interest relating to the 2006 season.

I also encourage anyone building a new car or making major changes to an existing car to contact me with any concerns or questions regarding the direction of our classing guidelines.

thx for the semi-update Steve. Do you know if the twins have received any of my emails? There is some specific info I'm looking for with regards to potential sponsors.
