Looks like a full race header is being used. Definitely the right choice, and and big $$ part.
Why is there 2 wastegates for 1 turbo?

the reason for 2 is cuz with a bigger turbo it allows for better boost control and greater volumes

I honestly don't think that turbo would need more than one wastegate. It's not that large by any means ( 67 mm?). What boost will it make?
either way, set up looks great and should perform really well in that light chassis.

NIICE!!! I never realized how small the trunks on those were. One nitrous bottle and fuel cell, and no more golf clubs.

Ditto.
One nice wastegate/racegate and you would be fine, especially since that is probably a drag only car.
