well since you know how to build a better motor then Abel i think you should see what you can do and go for it. ..dont try and be like stokerace...
Abel is the king of the 20b ...i would love for you to try and get that motor to run!!!
I don't know what Abel has done to his 20B but I'm sure its just super great.
If you want to see a 3-rotor with what I mentioned run, PM me and I'll give you directions to the shop where the car is located. Or if you are in Etobicoke, you may just see us driving it to and from Tim Hortons on a coffee run. If you think I'm full of shit, drop by the shop and see with your own two eyes.
I know that theres another 3-rotor FC in the East End. Do you have any details on it? I doubt they took the same approach with their car as our shop did...

i have no doubt that you guys are running a 20b...but i really dont think you guys will ever get 1500hp out of it! and for what ever you think abel is doin wrong, he is still the one pumping out sub 7 second runs @ 200+ mph.
and i dont know what you were talking about when you said piston rings? could you have ment chromoly apex seals?
I was joking about the piston rings. Wow you're slow.
You don't think its making serious power eh? Consider that it has the biggest T6 turbo available and it's fully spooled at 3000rpm (redline is 10,000). The turbo is too small actually. It only pumps out about 25psi and the engine is capable of withstanding 35-40psi. If that's not enough for you... the fuel system features three sets of injectors, one set of three 110lb injectors, and two separate sets of 3 160lb injectors (more then enough fuel for 1300hp) and the engine is hitting close to 100% duty cycle near redline. By the way, the engine is capable of 14,000rpm... so if we're making 1300hp and only spinning it to 10,000rpm with 25lbs of boost, imagine how much power would be produced if we spun it up to 14,000rpm and fed it 35lbs of boost. Yeah I doubt it would make 1500hp
I didn't bother reading anything but this pa... but I've Steve from cars and trucks seems to have a serious 3 rotor setup as well... Making insane power... on top of that, he built a 3 stage injection system, with 3 different kinds of fuels... Ultra 94, c16, and whatever else he uses (alcohol i think?) that fire sequentially or some shit...
I know his previous RX7's have always been wack... But they've been really damn fast.

hey good...im glad you buddy can build 3 rotors...but 1500 ponies is close to max outpout for a 3 rotor...hes good i will give him that...but everyone can "imagine" what hoursepower there car will throw down...but taking it to 14,000 and adding an extra 10pounds will and might be just enough to show that the motor wont handle it ...shit maybe it might maybe he is a better engine builder then Abel ....but like i said before until he cranks out 1500hp and can run a 6.70 my money would be with Abel!
but how come he wont bring this car out? if hes pumping out 1300hp right now i would find it a bit of a waste not to have taken it down the track! if he is driving this thing to make coffee runs that means hes driving a 8 second car on the street! and that something!
how come your buddy had never taken it to a track day or anything?
I believe the last time Steve brought out his car, it made one pass and grenaded.
Im not sure if hes the one building the rotaries because i know he does VWs, but i believe he had an rx7 are one time.....
Steve... who the **** is Steve? Oh yeah... that guy I see and talk to every day at work.
We're taking the car to New Joyzey this weekend for some sort of racing activity.

Driveline problems mostly. New driveshaft, new rear gear, a new triple-plate Exedy race clutch and a new turbo and everything seems to be sorted out now. There's no use in going to the track unless you know the car is absolutly perfect... which is why there's been such a delay. We were supposed to bring it to the track today, but a certain output shaft in a certain stock Mazda transmission decided to snap into two pieces. It's fixed now.
