To bad its not a VIN. that is a product code.You still have to learn the difference between a VIN and a product code. Look at the back of you T.V, VCR,DVD player and so on they have numbers like that, does that mean they are VINS too. Please give it up. Those also look like fresh welds and punch stamps too. But I can say this, you get an E for effort. Plus, the guy that owns that car is a moron, to go and buy someone else work and call it his own is stupid.

Vehicle Identification Number is what VIN stands for if you make a kit car and you put a VIN # on it it could be 1234-4567 as long as knowone has that number. lets get it straight a VIN is a vehicle identification number thats it be it a race car or a 4 wheeler they are all VIN's a TV IS NOT A VEHICLE
