Any who... Boost isn't a big deal... Even if you were to say vent the BOV back into the intake so that it doesn't make any noise... a decent sized turbo will still make a lot of noise... but there are ways of making everything nice an quiet.

You said you wanted to make the VRT a race car so you imnd as well invest in a diff... put that in a stock tranny and run with that for now... Unless u can afford the $6k gear set from Quaffe from the get go but then you still need another tranny unless you tranny housing is still ok...

I have my BOV routed back into the intake plumbing, so unless I'm going well into boost, it doesn't make any noise. You could never tell my car was turbocharged until I put that air radiator thing on the front...
