As stated before yes, Chachi has been taken to a better place.
It is still unclear about what exactly happened in the wreck. I have heard numerous stories, from street racing, to they were being chased by an SUV and the suv rammed the car even after it was still after the crash and then took off (this was said by the lady who's yard he passed away in.)...The crash site I have not been to yet, but I hear it is extremely terrible. I'm building myself up for that. The car is unrecognizable. .. It is not exactly certain that Chachi was the passenger, since the other person in the vehicle does not remember anything about the accident yet. Hopefully in due time his memory will come around so he can provide some answers. But from the guesstimate and conclusion, it would be said that Chachi was the passenger. The "driver" was David Lincoln, a great friend and fraternity brother of Chachi's. Chachi trusted him enough to let him drive his car, which was very few people. And I know that neither Chachi nor David would do anything that crazy to put them selves in that much harm. David Lincoln is at home and will make a full recovery. Thank God for his health.
Yes, we all drive fast at times, and yes we all do stupid things sometimes to try and play with that adrenaline rush we get from being a daredevil. But the area that this happened in, there would be NO sensible way that either of these guys would do something like this unless forced.
I'm not in denial, and I'm not trying to rebute the whole well "he had it coming" comments.
It is very hard to accept the fact that someone you love and hoped to spend the rest of your life with is gone and I hope to soon one day have a clear answer of what happened.
I appreciate the kind words that are left by many. And please if you don't have anything nice to say about the loss, don't comment. And don't come to conclusions on what happened in the wreck unless you were a witness and say it first hand and then, please, i'd like to know.
It is truly a blessing to know that he had so many admirers. Chachi was the perfect gentleman and anyone who came in contact with him just HAD to be his friend. He would do anything for anyone just to make sure they were satisfied and happy.
This loss has truly affected many. Yet if his death can sway one person to drive more safely and use caution, then he did not die in vain.
I will love him with my whole heart always.

I'm just going to keep on living through him and am posting this on all his favorite forums, and I wanted all of you to know that he will not be forgotten. Thank you all and may each of you continue to live your life to the fullest and keep in mind that life is fragile. Don't take it for granted.

a friend of mine tells me the scene was devastating from body parts of this young guy.
He was a passenger in his own car, the driver is still in a coma.
People need to calm down in their cars. I see the beginnings of crap like that fairly regularly, on the 401, 410, 403, and on surface streets. Look people, nothing is going to be gained by shooting people the bird, or cutting them off, or whatever. We'll probably never know exactly what happened to start that, and it doesn't really matter. What matters, is one guy dead, and another in a coma. And for what?

Its worse when its a friend aor member and has nothing to do with racing.
I had a very good scare this summer that will afect me racing and places i go to.
When everything was over me and friend came out as lucky.
But could have been same news story that makes one you have link to go poof in a heart beat.
Nothing said can bring some one back.
Or help make there loss any easyer.
