And the verdict is in...

Regarding SirChirpAlots claim that his motor revs to 8000+++rpm.

I posted his video on corral.net (worlds biggest Mustang forums) and here are some of the expert replies I got from various Mustang owners around North America.

None of these guys know Randy so their opinions are not biased.

Sounds like to me the guy has the tach set for a 6 banger or 4 banger. (It will READ REALLY HIGH on a 8 cyl car if you set it that way)

And seeing how i had 3600 stall and a Auto trant back then too. The motor was sopose to drop to 3500 4000 Gs were cam i had would start to come to life idle to 3000 that cam made nada, with Vic Jr that is well known to work better in higher RPM then lower.
I rember people saying my car was to quiet for a long time.

Ether way it dont matter,
Nexy will be vids at the track.
there crapy but kinda ok

Like vids i have of my car when i had sparks coming out tail pipes at the end of 1/4
Dont mater do it. Nothing maters realy, Just same old crap.
Its like gas pedels that would bend. RCBH got under my dash and tryed help fix the car the one night we raced.

Rember i had pics of 1st one we made that bent then the over kill one we made,
Thats even in this car now too.

OK so mustang owners know nothing, and you bend gas pedals? WTF? Look man, I've owned 3 small blocks, and they all had tachs. My cutlass' tach was ****ed from the moment I bought the car, and I could get it to go to 7500. But there is no way that that engine was revving that high in that vid. The sound is all wrong. Engine note is wrong, and well, it's BS.

ya OK
in vid racing talon my car sound slike it has a SC on it.
I had pedel bend they were FI pedels and crab springs on my carb were to much for it.
I bent a few b4 boxing in one that has never failed since.

I have also had tork boxs fail and have had were holes are for the lower arms tear.

You know what Randy, but I'm a very understanding guy.

I'm even willing to entertain the notion that you accidently installed the tach wrong and thats why it shows it as revving so high, and you were simply mistaken when you thought it revved to 8000rpm.

But you continue to maintain your lie. Even despite the fact that it is very obvious that you are wrong. I even verified this with the guys over at corral.net mustang forums http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?t=735454

This is why you're not respected. You are full of shit and even when you are proven wrong you still maintain the lie. You keep playing us for fools.

You seriously need to take a reality check.
