i think the people that don't like to race on the street are worried about 1000 other things besides track bite..
Then I guess they shouldn't flag their gums off about have a fast car and can beat people then. If they can't handle the facts of possibley getting a ticket, then they shouldn't shit talk. Breakage, accidents and what not will happen regardless whether its on the street or the track. Racing on the street takes away all the controled variables that the track has. There is no lane better then the next, no glue, no lights, even though you can turn them off at the track.Over 20 yrs of street racing and only one minor misfortune with the cops and we beat it in court anyways. Further more, look at all the ones that do get caught, they are slow grocery getter cars and most of the time they are imports. So far, in the last 2 yrs, I have seen street racers that have been racing on the street longer then most have been alive, go to the track and have major problems. Most of it was do to the fact that the track officals know sweet **** all about a street car. These same drivers have raced millions of time on the street and never wiped out like they did at the track and never got busted by the cops. SO, you do the math. I say only wax faggots race street cars at the track. Also, 99% of the user base here have no clue on how to have a car set up that will work both on the street and at the track.
when and where does he talk shit?? he doesn't lie, like some people, only states facts from what i read? so what are you talking about??
Actually, about 50% of the shit he says is lies. As for talking shit, quotes out of a book or magasine is lieing if you have never done it yourself. There not his facts, there someone else that can not be verified.
I hate saying it, but I agree with him... Notorious VR is probably the biggest bench racer on this site. It's ironic how he talks to most shit, probably even more then me, yet he doesn't even own a car capable of out accelerating a city bus...
Also... What makes me a bench racer? Because I state facts? Or beacuse I didn't race my then company car which was a slow POS anyways? I didn't know you liked to watch minivans and momys/dadys cars racing
IMO tho's are childish runs and a waste of time....
Most of the time, if someone has a problem or technical issue I try and post a reply. If something is brought up in the Smack Talk section of the board it's a free for all... so if that makes me a bench racer then I guess you are too Fred... because there are many people here faster then your car. Since thats what you seem to be basing it on.
I've raced, on the street and @ the track...
And I've finally been able to get a car that I can start working on (which I've been doing btw)... Sure it's a diesel, but that doesn't mean it can't be decently fast.

actually Mr ****dribble, I am. I see that you only make comments, but never have anything to back it up.
Back what up? I never called you out...

The shit that you think is used to back it up is stuff that is posted from a magasine, another forum, or from some book.
Some of the information, yes of course I've read it somewhere... That's how people learn, they read. I know it's a difficult concept for you, as you can hardly spell sometimes but I'm sure that you weren't born being able to work on cars and you must have learnt it somewhere, right?
You're telling me none of your knowledge ever came from something you've read (maybe in your case you read by pictures?) or someone has taught you what you know (the fundamentals at least). You didn't just one day wake up and say "I think I'm going to build a race car, I have never done it before but it will be better then every chassis/engine/suspension builder in the world"
No it's doesn't work that way you goof. You learn and you're always learning...

Last time I check, non of this can build a car.
Last time I checked it does.

Until anyone of you can build a 10 sec car and then have the balls to race it on the steet, I would suggest that you STFU. Because, building a 10 sec car is no biggy to me.
Yes, we all know you can build a 10 sec anything for $1 You're the best of the best... everyone in the world is shit... you build the best race cars ever.

Domestic or Import, doesn't matter, I do preffer domestics as their parts are available all over the place. So, when Mr VR, until you can actually build, and I mean you build a 10 sec car yourself, I would suggest you stick with being an admin and watch your P's and Q's.
What if I don't want to build a 10 sec car? What if I don't care about going 10 sec in the 1/4? What then? You think that the world lives by the 1/4 mile? Sorry but people have other interests as well, and 1/4 is sorta like Nascar to me. It gets quite boring. Sure speed is fun, I'll be the first to admit that (as well as my drivers abstract LOL) but there's better things out there then just running 1320 feet and then having to stop/slow again.

Now, if Bojangles is Matt, then he does know me, he knows who I hang with, and he also knows that I and the ones I hang with have no problems with backing up anything that is said here on this site, or any other one.
No one here is talking about who you "hang" with... we're here to talk about you.

Hi Bob, sorry. I would prefer to crash (and i believe 99% of the people here would) at the track where i have abetter chance of surviving. Ive seen to many dumb hoes start running across the street when two cars just launch, or other vehicles pull in the way ( b6t ). Maybe in your life you have NOTHING to live for, but i dont feel like spending time in prison for running over some 17 year old brod or killing some Fastiva driver.
But then again, maybe you’ve never actually raced since the last time you were out you claim that you got ratted on, and all you managed were some burnouts.. LOL

Having a better lane is NOT a controlled variable anyways, so scrap that one. And yes, racing on the street can bring a better 'lane' choice. There are plenty of roads where heavey loads travel one way and light loads the other, the street isnt even or flat. The street is not better for racing. If there were tracks open 24/7 (legit ones) and rates were cheap. People would be there.

Umm, you got caught too. Doest say much. Besides, that whole 'court' 'rat' episode you went on about could be as fictional as Skulls Styles. Maybe you never won in court and maybe all the charges caused you to strop driving a tow truck.. hrmmmm

Well, you cant put yourself in any of the above statement. On your website you have pics of your car at the track. And you also claim to have been busted by the cops. I guess you’re stuck in limbo bob. I also doubt theres anyone that has raced a million times on the street.
Bob, the track officials no **** all compared to you. Actually isn’t that the case with everyone including the hardcore drag race teams out there and GM engineers.. LOL

Well, I think there’s a fair amount of users here that own their own cars, who race on the street or the track. I also think there’s a large majority that would race you soon as your done flapping your gums. But, I look at the strokerace variables like: rules have to be his way, has to be in his area, has to be x tire… etc etc. Maybe you should stop racing your buddies vega. Maybe you shouldn’t even be on the board till you have a car Bob.

Well, its not like you invented the words in the English dictionary, so I guess everything you spew is bullshit. Half the shit you go on about is a joke anyways Bob. VR has more credibility than you and your buddies vega.
Problem is bob. People know you lie. You could never prove that shit about you and the cops and the guys you claimed ratted. Some people sided with you (me) just to find out you’re full of shit. You said you were going to post the disclosure…. Typical Bob didn’t.
VR might not have a 10 second car or want one, but id rather have a buddy like that hanging out with me than a loud mouth liar.
Anyhow, i even include your old signature. Vega on the track. And since you say its YOUR car, guess that makes you a wax faggot.
