i feel for you in a way but in a way i also do not, it is your choice to spend your money the way you do, you fill up a bottle or build a motor tranny or whatever else it is your doing! if you cant afford it then maybe you should not be doing it. just a thought- best of luck getting your boy what you want to get him. i have not even got a kid yet but have a mini bike awaiting his or her arrival

I had to put the car back together just becasuse i needed it for a job i had lined up and for going to truck school.

The Company i have worked for over 12 years is not doing to good i have done more then my fair share to help them out. Took 20% decress with 3 year hold on pay only to now have them dealing with back tax probs.
But when you have your paychecks bonce and 2 more in your hand that you can't cash it gets to be a pain.

Now there trying to stay open and i have not jumped ship with them but at this rate there is not much i can do. I dont want to quit but if i find something else i will go else were. I have been trying to get my truck lisence for tha last wile and all i get is one snag after another. Car was a setback. It did make me very frustrated to have it back together then have to take it apart over and over.

But right now the things that meen the most is a roof over my kids heads.
I spent money i had to pay for test i need to do on my son.
I could not give him some of the things he wanted and trust me i feel like shit when i feel like i have failed. I could not let probs i have roll over on a little kid. SO he got some stuff but not anywere near what i would have liked to get him. Now i make it 5 more days get past that b4 i can worrie about anything else.

MY daughte is older she knows things are bad she knows when TV is cut off and dont complane about it. She knows no mater how bad things get she is not forgot about and things will get better. She went as far to ask my parents get her jacket becasue she didn;t want to tell me she needed a new one.

Made me feel like shit.

but why do you still have the internet then? if money is so tight cut off the net and save some cash

I have nt phone and dig TV all together they droped TV off and internet will not be far behind. I'm not to far behind on bills in the house. I own Bell 400 Hyd 450 and gas is payed for and up to date. I have cought up some by selling off stuff i dont need.

I sold my 4 subs and 2 amps i had as well as alot of parts.
Now looking at selling my 87 turbo coupe and i wanted that car to swap in all my stuff from 85 in the spring. Right now i have 1500 owing to me from work as well as few 100 from other places. Its not alot. But i do own out money to my parents and to few other people that have helped me out. They have offered to lend me more but i feel like crap when they offer and i dont see a way to pay them back.

1, the minute a company starts ****ing me over with pay, is the minute i start looking for a new job.
Least they could do since youre so 'loyal' is lay you off or fire you so you could get UI......because from the sounds of it UI is more than what youre earning now. BUT, you cant rape the willing.

I dont believe believe people are that loyal to a company and yet say theyre going to lose everything because of it... doesnt make sense. Find a new job.

Yea Randy man the holidays are tough times people just dont have the money and from the sounds of your situation the company you work for is taking advantage of your loyalty and backing your pay...you need to live man i understand a cut in pay but **** 100% back owed. I know man whats its like not being able to pull through for the people that count on you...no worse of a feeling...man good luck with all of lifes troubles that keep kicking you in the nuts man happy holidays to you and your family man...

Well my Mom has worked for them for 30 years she is Manger there and i do all shipping and paper work. She has busted her ass off trying to keep it open. The Owner is in his 80s and book keepers have messed things up so bad that recover has been tight. They had tax probs with PST and GST and took out loans with government to pay it of and did.
Then got hit by sorce, Now sorce is the part of the government that a company pays tax's to off paychecks. You have your Net and Gross Pay.
All companys should pay that in right away to the government.

Now there behind on that and well government dont care they want there money so Lock banks on them. Yes i should jump ship. My mom will fight tooth and nail to keep it open and keep the employs working. I would be happy with a layoff. AT least i would know something. Even if i was layed off i still help out. But like i siad i had another job lined up and i needed my DZ for it. I'm so close i just need to get D learners do some hours in the truck witch i have payed for already and do driving test.

But I got hurt. That didn't help me and i have had hard times that keep getting in the way. I will recover I have no choice but to recover.
I almost started to part out the car but i found more money in odd jobs.
Right now no job is below me i will do what it takes.

Just sucks when you depend on something and find out its OK to then with no warning you find out check bonced then you get told cant cash next one or you VP pay you pulled in. And to add to it most of the people that i work on there cars have moved on or got newer cars so that alone has hit me hard. I use to have a car a week for ether brakes or winter tune ups or other repairs.

On the good side my parents spoted me 1g to hold the house till 10th of next month. So i have from now till then to find 1500 and if company pulls out after newyears i should be able to cash 2 of the outstanding checks so that puts me half way there.
