yeah i guess shit happens. but i geuss its safer to run a car on the street with no insurance, no plates, illegal tires, and trailor it down than it is to run something street legal, not to mention open headers, lol. some street car though, ive got friends with 9 and 10 second street cars, full interior on some, driven on the street throgh the summer and they manage to keep their batteries charged with alternators. lol

I raced 89 5.0 last year in Oshawa...guy lied right to my face about his mods...i was beating him by a car length throughout the whole race, than once we both hit 4th gear, which was the cars power gear, he pulled a car on me by the end of the quarter...can u say nitrous?? Told me he only had a cam and exhaust...
Later found out he had a 200shot or something rediculous...

Hey Mr. ****dribble. Maybe you should see the car. It has full interior, full lights, full safety requirements to meet the hiway traffic act, full exhaust that meets the law requirements.It does have a small fuel cell also and the Slicks are our choise for racing. So if we race and we lose, then we can't blame it on the tires nw can we. The Vega doesn't have an altenator on it. My god, like were did you learn to race. The car even has an electric water pump now, so it has no HP draining devices on the front of the motor. Only HP lost now is tranny and rear end. It gets driven all over the place up here and when we take it out of town, we trailer it. The battery and fuel can handle driving it for about 50 or 60 miles. But, everyone here will agree with this, you never know when something is going to break.
As for you faggot friends cars, ya 9's and 10's at the track, probally a 11 to 12 second car on the street. Our car is set up the oppisite way around. Its set up for the steet. SO with street set up, it does 10's. Everyone knows there is 2 ways to set up a car, its for the track, or for the street. We managed to find a happy medium and preffer to keep the slicks on it to achieve that.

i know all about hp draining devices, my point was that you turned your car into something that you cant really run anymore on the street unless youstart to change things around in it and really you shouldnt call it a street car. but hey, if you need to run a cheater tire on the street because you cant drive then thats your choice. i do understand towing it out of town for racing because things do break and im sure everyone of us has been stranded because of something thats broken. and its especially bad when your out of town.
for exhaust though, you claim to have one. last time i heard the car it sure as shit didnt sound like anything legal but hey, you guys keep getting nailed for things that could be avoided
