what really happened that night in oshawa with the vega
this is what really happened
twas a warm summers night in oshawa in 2004. the vega and newmarket posse trailered the vega down to timmys because some oshawatonian was supposed to trailer their car down as well and race it for money. unfortunatly they never showed up, so the newmarket posse wanted to find another car for the vega to race, just for fun. most were too scared and the only person who was willing to race was a 8 second stretched nitroused gsxr 1000. no contest there.
after an hour or 2 of nothing, a oshawatonian by the name of ALL BUNK with a convertable nitroused mustang said he'd race the vega for fun. so we and about 100 ricer f.ags headed to the race spot.. which was a stretch of road between farmers fields. when we got their the newmarket posse took the vega off the trailer and their was a problem, the vega had no alternator and the battery didnt have enough juice to start it. so we waited on the side of the street patiently for 30 mins for them to get the problem figured out, and the vega started. finally everyone let out a sigh of relief as they got the vega fired up. the vega was so loud that many of the ricer fa.gs were forced to cover their ears.
the vega did a couple of solo passes to warm up the engine, slicks, etc. this created alot of noise that surely woke up all the farmers in the area and their farm animals as well. then tragedy struck again. the engine died and the battery was dead. the newmarket posse was forced to begin pushing the vega back to the trailer to try to fix the problem.... then tragedy struck.
one lone car car came travelling westbound on the road, the ricer fa.gs saw this and began scattering in multiple directions... unfortunatly the newmarket posse were still pushing the vega toward the trailer and were sitting ducks. the cop saw this and turned the cherries on, the cops got out and started giving them shit. the mustang driver ALL BUNK was still there and apparently knew one of the cops because all oshawatonians know each other and are fuc.king each others sisters, anyway he told the cop to "HEY.... GO EASY ON THEM"
but the cop didnt listen, and more cops showed up, then more cops showed up, after being yelled at for about the 6th time to leave i decided it might be in my best interest to go.
the next day on tsr, bob said they got charged with thousands and thousands of dollars worth of tickets, including a racing charge. they were all bullshit charges because the cop didnt even see anyone driving the vega, just a bunch of newmarketers pushing it. then came all the allegations, the newmarket posse was saying there was a rat, and ALL BUNK with the convertable mustang was the prime suspect.
the next day all this made the oshawa newspaper, except the facts were all skewed, which said that the race did happen, and the cops were able to pull over the vega and laid multiple charges, but a black mustang with white convertable top (ALL BUNK) was seen fleeing the scene of the crime.
a day or 2 after that ALL BUNK was charged with street racing, despite the fact he was never even lined up to race, which led to accusations of the newmarket posse ratting him out. there was lots of tension and remains to this day between the newmarket posse and oshawatonians.
according to bob, all charges were dropped when it went to court. bob did say he would post the disclosure to prove who the rat was but never did (what gives bob?) to my knowledge ALL BUNK hasnt publically commented on this case but i invite him to do so here.
COLES NOTES - fu.ck you, i spent the time typing this, you can take the time to read it.

OSHAWA - A crowd of spectators scattered into the early morning darkness when Durham Regional Police officers responding to a complaint broke up a street race in north Oshawa Sunday.
Two people, one of whom was behind the wheel of a customized Chevy Vega, face numerous charges, including equipment and insurance-related infractions, said Sergeant Paul Malik.
Police are still investigating as to whether or not the race had been organized prior to the gathering. Some websites dedicated to the street racing culture are used to set up times and locations for illegal drag racing.
"I suspect it may have been (organized)," Sgt. Malik said.
"There's some indication there may be a website out there that pertains to street racing."
Police responded to a stretch of road at Thornton Road North and Winchester Road after receiving a complaint around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, according to a report. As the cops arrived, they found two vehicles lined up and apparently ready to race.
The arrival of police cruisers caused spectators to scatter, police said. The officers intervened as one vehicle was being loaded onto a trailer. The second car, described as a black Mustang with a white roof, is still being sought.
Two people, both from Lefroy, a town near Barrie, Ont., face charges.
Rodger Lohnes, 30, is charged with 13 infractions, including racing a motor vehicle, driving with improper tires and driving an unsafe vehicle. He was driving what is described as a custom 1974 Chevrolet Vega.
Dawn XXX, 28, the owner of the Vega, is charged with permitting the operation of a vehicle with no insurance.
The incident is a wake-up call in a community that has not seen much street racing of this sort, said Sgt. Malik. Concerted efforts in other GTA jurisdictions may be forcing racers to look for new locations to meet, he said.
good novel Bojangles, you truly are a light in the dark times of journalism.
keep it real.
Personally, i would like to see the disclosure.
Heres a strokerace quote from another forum

Yes, he is very upset. With all the rumours going around. The cops lieing to the media and even on their own website. Now I and the rest of the group is being accused of being a rat from the guys brother in-law. This almost make me want to become a lawyer. I can alot of fun with this one.
Well, those are the facts. 97% accurate. I won't gover it and put them right, as they are minor things.
I will just to it. Mr ALLBARK came on to TSR along with his brother in-law 89blue5.0 and said right in the forums and in memos to me that we ratted him out and that the cops showed up at his house and charged him. Well, in court with the officers in charge of the case admitted to knowing the other driver and even talked to him at the scene. THey also said that ALLBARK was NOT charged from the events that night. They also tried to pull the post from TSR and my website into court. But, in the end, without the cops being able to say who was actually in the car, who actually drove, and the fact that the one officer knew the other guy and yet did not charge him, all charges were dismissed.
i recall you telling me that they used some tsr posts. now they didnt?
i would still love to see you post the disclosure bob

so why the fu.ck were those silly oshawatonians calling you a rat then?
It was to discredit me.
2tone, I had the the website posts thrown out. The reason was, the person being charged and the person making the post are 2 different people.
You already posted the disclosure form the Durham news website. It read exactly like that word for word. The rest that was not posted was just all the tickets and fines that were laid. This is the reason for my lawyer comment. We had fun in court going over each piece of stuff that had said. The case lasted about 4 hrs. Small price to pay to get off of all the charges.
sorry, a news clipping isnt considered disclosure.
Lets see the officers notes... post em.
