By increasing the amount of flow, you now have more fuel going in at the same time as you did with a smaller line. This is called over fueling, to some this is good as a less chance of a lean burn and keeps the engine a little cooler. But the side effects are cyclinder wash down and fuel in the oil. Now this can be dangerous if oil is not changed often.Another draw back is called cold spots on the piston, which can have an adverse effect and poor fuel burn off reducing the amount of power the engine can make.
The only reason to increase fuel pressure and volume is to compensate for the extra air volume the a turbo, or nos creates. If you had ever built a turbo or nitrous car you might know that.
post whore.

The use preloaded settings which in most cases are not what one runs in a car. There is no drag or load on the engine. Now if you factor in the flywheel, accessories tranny and what not, these numbers can change. It does not give you shift points of your tranny. It does not give you an optimum fuel setting, injector width/pulse or anything else that can that can be detrimed by once its in the car. So, like I said, go back to school, pick up some books and read up on it. As you knowledge is limited to what you shop tells you. When you can build a complete engine youself and tune it without a computer, then you can talk to me. So until then STFU n00b.
Most race teams also have chassis dynos to allow tuning results through the drivetrain too. DEI uses one that recreates the drivetrain electronically, but since you know everything you already know that.
Here's a link for you. Read carefully. Engine dyno tuning on f1 engines.

Dude, unless you have something in the low 10's or high 9's, then I would suggest you keep your mouth shut.

Listen, I don't know how many times I have to say this, but they are useless. Think about it. If you know anything about the basic principals of how an engine works with its electronics system, you can tune any motor to within .01% without any high tech equipement. All you need to know is you timing, fuel, cam and compression of you engine and you are set.

Strokerace... Do you know what's funny? Do you know why you are not as good as you say you are? Do you know why you still live in a trailor park? Do you know why everyone that reads your posts knows you're so full of yourself that no one really cares, and the only reason why people post in this thread is so that they can see your next post make you even look more like a moron then you really are.

Not only that... As I stated above. IF you were so knowledgable, and knew so much, and cna build such fast cars that no one else in the world can do. Let me as you this:

WHY THE **** ARE YOU POOR AND DRIVE A TOW TRUCK? WHY IS IT THAT YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN SHOP/RACE TEAM/ETC... That is making you lots of $$$ instead of being the hick that you are?

SOOO many people out there have shops, some VERY successful and you're stating here that they know nothing and you know it all. SO WHERE IS YOUR SHOP? WHERE IS YOUR MONEY?

Oh that's right, you don't have a shop nor money. You have a barn and trailor...

You say Dyno tuning is only used for seeing your HP and TQ figures? LMAO! If some of the worlds best tuners heard you say that, they wouldn't even laugh.. but they'd probably just shake their head and leave you standing there wondering whats going on (as if that is anything new).

I had the chance to meet Hitman (famous Australian tuner - not to mention he helped develop Haltech PEM) when he was here tuning a few cars... one being the white 1000 HP MR2 (Metalex)... And I've had the chance to talk to another very good tuner that usually only deals with modified Porches... By tuner's I'm talking strickly ECM tuning... not a tuner shop here.

So please do YOURSELF a favour and stop posting... or do us a favour and continue so we have something to talk about.

So according to you every race team in the world is wasting money. You obviously didn't read the link. Oh well. The rest of the world knows the truth.
