The 2007 3 rd Coast Ride Texas Blacklist is a ¼ mile competition featuring the fastest street legal cars and bikes around. This year the prize is $10K for cars and $5K for bikes. Each entry must pass Department of Transportation regulations and standards. This year the race will be held at The Texas Motorplex Speedway in Ennis, TX. The race will begin with a cruise to assure that all race vehicles are truly street legal and end in Ennis, TX April 20 - 22. Heats will beginning April 21st followed by a concert, food, other contests, and car show during the two days. 3 rd Coast Rides will introduce Team Rev, its motorcycle stunt exhibition team with an incredible show. Leading up to the series, 3CR, Jotech Motorsports, Donnie Denton of Prostreet Motorsports, in collaboration with area police departments will be traveling to area high schools with its, “Project: Take it to the Track.” This is a program aimed at deterring teenagers from street racing and introducing them to professional and amateur track racing.
