The best place to get an e-test done is Economy Lube, they have nothing to gain by failing your vehicle since they only do e-tests and Lube oil and filters.
Just had my vehicle done in Brantford it cost $35.00, passed with flying colours.
No appointment needed, if you look in your area I suspect you might have an economy lube in Mississaga since they are a franchise.
