Dataoverload ...ye i am planning on using the lsd tranny lol i dont have have anything else really and already i believe the forks are snapped though but i think those are replaceable and i wont have a problem.... i havea the cusco lsd idunno which model but i kno that it would be perfect, my brother used it in his sw20 mr2 when he was pushing around 640bhp..... and B6T how much do you think they would run me cause im actually look into it ..... also this guy in australia, ben sindjech or something his best time is a 10.6 at 131mph and hes pushing 328rwhp on a street tire so the car is very capable of being fast with little money put into it....he may have some weight lifted off the car but from factory the car weighs 2094lbs if im not mistaken...which is really friggn light but the paseo weigh about the same 2024lbs....would i still be able to hook on a street tire with about 400-500rwhp?

^ no.

RWD hooks better than FWD.

Regardless of drivetrain setup, in that light of a car you won't hook up. If you do, broken axles/driveshafts every day.

And a 3sgte into a mk3 supra is retarded, sorry bud but that is just retarded.

Street tires, forget about it. You will spin 1st-5th with 400whp in 2000lb FWD car. Especially if it is stock suspension paseo....That chassis is not setup at all to do that.

Just ask B6T, 1st-3rd he spins his tires....150whp in 1600lb car (give or take)

edit: for the record your title says "350rwhp - 400rwhp". RWHP is rear wheel horse power. Your paseo is front wheel drive.

1. better chassis/suspension components to utilize the power
2. Mid engine setup and rear wheel drive. Lots of weight over the drive wheels. Good.
3. looks better than a paseo.
4. easier to do the swap.

Completely depends how you launch the car and the setup you are using. It is virtually impossible to get rid of 100% wheel spin on the street.

When I had my AW11, I tried a launch or two. I could never get the tires to spin, they only chirped, even after side-stepping the clutch from 6000rpm. The car just hooked and went. By design, MR engine'd cars have THE BEST weight distribution for drag racing. The full weight of the engine/transmission/accessories is almost completely over the drive wheels. Couple that with the added weight that transfers to the rear wheels on a launch and you've got a car that will easily hook a 1.8 second 60' in stock form.

You'd be an idiot to put that much power in a FWD car when you could have put it into a RWD car just as easily. Sorry, but that's the truth.
