haha, anywho, I have a question, I'm hoping somebody here knows what these are... I need to know what rims are on this BMW in the attached pic. ie make and model of rims any help appreciated, thanks

Looks like Rota Slipstreams. On a BMW.

they aren't,
i had a set of those exact rims on my teg , i am pretty sure they are a stock rim off of some japanese car, i bought them from a jdm importer , i had them customized with a polished lip and black centers , pretty much like that, i can tell there the same rim there are no others like it, but unfortunatly i can't tell you what they are off of, sorry there was no names on the rim
