I'm finding that my P2P downloads are just as fast as torrents. Discuss.
Using Morpheus for P2P, and Bit Lord for torrents.

Ok. No opinions. All right, I downloaded a torrent movie, but it's in 2 folders, marked cd1 and cd2. How do I combine the 2 to watch the movie?

I've never used a torren type downloader. I stick with P2P (limewire as of a week or two ago - great system)

I don't download that many movies, so I don't bother with Torrents.

torrents are the best. more seeders = more speed. Its a great idea

I didn't find it much faster, but how the hell do I watch the movie? It's in like 50 small segments. Don't tell me, I have to splice it all together manually?

unrar, burn.

if its dvdr burn to a dvd or mount the image using Daemon Tools.

You will need WinRar. Use a p2p to download it.

It was a dvd rip. So I just un rar it, and it'll burn it in one peice?

unrar it.. see what its extension is.. if its .img open nero and along the top, check the tabs till you find BURN IMAGE.

MPG. I unrared one and then checked all the others, and they are all the same file. So I just deleted all the extra ones, and unrared the second half. So now I've got the two halfs of the movie, how do I connect them? Will Windows movie maker do it, or is there something better. BTW I've had winrar for a while. Love it.

well, you can que them both up to watch.. However, this is nota true DVDR rip. True DVDRs are ISO images.

Just either burn em or watch em on your HD. unless your stand alone DVD player plays mpegs specifficaly, it wont work. Check the manual.
