Well, judging from 5point (marks) interested in oc'ing, it could be interesting
I don't have stock cooling, as that would be too much heat @ 1.85 VCore.
My processor is hardlocked from the factory, no multiplier adjustments. And FYI, my OC is completely stable, 24 hours Prime95, OCCT, memtest86 etc etc...
either way, all us "socket A" guys are completely outgunned by the socket 939 chips, I can keep up, but thats about it. but as shown in the other thread, even though Jay has higher frequency faster ram, better timings etc, he can't really pull past the old socket A.
yeah, I think I have him in terms of total OC, but I don't have stock cooling, as that would be too much heat @ 1.85 VCore.

Again, the only reason i cant really pull past in synthetic benchmarks against ur PC is because its an Athlon, its IPC and basic architecture design is the same as the K7...there improved brach prediction, etc etc...but that doesnt show until u hit real world applications...
U wanna see who can encode a Divx video faster?
How about who can decompress RAR or ZIP files faster
I still want an X2...i just want the price to hover less than $300 a pop...
