That cooler master kit isn't very good, the radiator is small, and the airflow is poor, looks awesome though!!
You'd be surprised, most good air setups will be better than any companies "kits" the best water cooler setups are custom. But they aren't always very clean, and pretty much make the computer immobile, since a lot of the items like the pump and sometimes the radiator and reservoir are outside the case.
If you're going to go extreme, go phase change or dry ice. Water certainly quiets things down though.

i built my buddy a custom watercooling setup...worked great...
best way is to go to a scrap yard and rip the heater core out of some car, use that as the radiator for the cooling setup...u want a high quality copper water block and a nice high floe low noise pump...u can even use a submersival(sp?) pump if u want...
I had the craziest air cooled setup of all time, i bet i could beat ANYONE hear...hahaha...lemme dig up the pics and ill post them up
