LOL... It's a good system... Abit Board, AMD 64 bit processor, 1 GB ram... etc... etc... I don't remember specifics tho it's been a long time already since that system.

Eitherway.... It's probably just a driver issue... Should see what updates there are for the chipset/ethernet drivers.... When did u start having this problem Mark? Besides... maybe it's time for a re-install of Windows... now with Win XP 64-bit

last month or so, today it seems to be better only once i had to restart out of 3 times but usually its everytime

just to let you guys know i finally figured it out, after much searching updating drivers and such, i found it was a problem with zone alarm, i had to ad my ip's to the trusted zones, fixed it know no probs
