I had bell sympatico HS before and it was brutal. If you are over 2km from the central office, your speed is drastically reduced. They are however implementing new lines which will change this, somewhat, not available in all areas yet though.

old news... they've been using caps since the begining of the year in some areas, and once the caps hit my area I started using port 1720... I've been using it fore a few months

That's somewhat true... unless you clear the cache before each test... which is what I did.

Trust me.. tho's are real speeds...... for me...

And even with Rogers extreme, running the test multiple times w/o clearing the cache won't get you as high as that.
